By working across multiple stakeholders, systems, and operational workflows, the team identifies discrepancies, resolves complex exceptions, and continuously improves operational processes.&nbsp;Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor and investigate operational discrepancies across post-trade and asset servicing processes</li> <li>Perform investigations and resolve exceptions related to securities operations and operational events</li> <li>Work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues</li> <li>Support operational processes related to post-trade events, asset servicing activities, position calculations, and customer-facing portfolio data accuracy</li> <li>Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and operational scalability</li> <li>Support projects, testing activities, and implementation of new operational processes</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR<br></strong></h3> <ul> <li>Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset</li> <li>Experience within post-trade operations, reconciliation, asset servicing, or securities operations</li> <li>Basic understanding of securities lifecycle, clearing &amp; settlement, and post-trade processes</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and manage multiple priorities</li> <li>Fluent in English (C1 level)</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY NOW</strong></h3> <p><br>Our culture rewards ownership, excellence, and high energy.
