From optimising product workflows to ensuring seamless operations, there's nothing our Product Operations team can't do. Our Product Operations team isn't here to maintain existing systems but to drive the development and management of world-class products from inception to delivery. Your responsibilities will include:</span></p> <ul> <li>Assist the Product Operations team in designing and implementing scalable processes to support our products and drive Trade Republic’s growth.</li> <li>Coordinate customer communication across multiple stakeholders.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product/Engineering, Operations, Legal/Compliance.</li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Dig deep and solve our toughest problems to continue Trade Republic’s success</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Think big and continuously deliver impactful results for our employees and customers</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR</h3> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Fluency in English</li> <li>Currently enrolled in a university (study focus in the field of economics, business studies, law, computer science, mathematics, physics, humanities or other relevant fields)</li> <li>Initial relevant experience in a fast-paced environment (high growth startup, leading management consulting firm or investment bank)</li> <li>Interest in banking, finance, capital markets, and their regulatory frameworks</li> <li>Effective communication skills, dedication and strong organisational abilities</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3>WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY NOW</h3> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Our culture rewards ownership, excellence, and high energy.
