<p><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}">As a <strong data-start="25" data-end="65">Process Lead – Purchase to Pay (PtP)</strong> at Flora Food Group, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end PtP operations, ensuring efficient invoice processing, strong Accounts Payable governance, and consistent service delivery across global entities. The role focuses on driving operational excellence through effective management of invoice processing, vendor queries, AP ageing, open items, and period-end close activities. You will lead a team of analysts and collaborate closely with BPO partners to deliver against service levels, KPIs, and compliance requirements. Working with global stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Treasury, Tax, Supply Chain, and IT, you will play a key role in process standardization, continuous improvement, and transformation initiatives. This position is ideal for experienced PtP professionals who combine deep process expertise, strong SAP knowledge, and leadership capabilities to drive scalable and high-performing operations.</span></p>

<p data-start="1061" data-end="1378"><strong data-start="1063" data-end="1109">Deep Purchase-to-Pay Leadership Experience</strong> – 10+ years of experience managing end-to-end PtP operations, including Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, Invoice Processing, 2-way/3-way matching, Payments, Vendor Master Data, Helpdesk, Statement Reconciliation, AP ageing, open items, and period-end close activities.</p>
<p data-start="1380" data-end="1674"><strong data-start="1382" data-end="1433">Strong SAP and Digital Transformation Expertise</strong> – Hands-on experience with <strong data-start="1461" data-end="1484">SAP S/4HANA (MM/FI)</strong>, SAP Ariba, VIM, e-Invoicing solutions, roles & authorizations, and automation tools, with the ability to drive process standardization, system optimization, and transformation initiatives.</p>
<p data-start="1676" data-end="1967"><strong data-start="1678" data-end="1736">Operational Excellence and Service Delivery Management</strong> – Proven success in leading regional operations and BPO service delivery, managing KPIs, Process Health Indicators (PHIs), SLA adherence, compliance requirements, and ensuring financial accuracy across Accounts Payable operations.</p>
<p data-start="1969" data-end="2286"><strong data-start="1971" data-end="2027">Stakeholder Management and Strategic Problem Solving</strong> – Strong ability to partner with Global Process Owners, Finance Leaders, Procurement, Treasury, Tax, Supply Chain, IT teams, and external partners to resolve complex issues, drive governance, and deliver business outcomes through data-driven decision making.</p>
<p data-start="2288" data-end="2603"><strong data-start="2290" data-end="2351">Leadership, Ownership, and Continuous Improvement Mindset</strong> – Demonstrated experience leading teams, coaching BPO partners, influencing stakeholders, driving operational excellence, and managing multiple priorities while fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture in a fast-paced global environment.</p>
