Position Summary:

Processing Team Associates are responsible for preparing incoming merchandise for the sales floor. This includes unloading pallets, inspecting and testing products, pricing items, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Attention to detail and efficiency are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload incoming shipments and move pallets using pallet jacks.
• Inspect and test merchandise for quality, completeness, and functionality.
• Accurately price items according to category and condition standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the processing facility and surrounding pallet yard.
• Assist with general warehouse organization and upkeep.
• Follow safety protocols and communicate any equipment or product issues to management.
• Support teammates as needed to ensure consistent product flow to the sales floor.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and repeatedly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Pallet jack experience preferred but not required.
• Prior warehouse or processing experience a plus.

Schedule:

Variable hours based on truck deliveries and operational needs; may include some weekends or evenings.
