<h2><strong>As Procurement &amp; Import Specialist is focused on high-capability sourcing and aggressive negotiation. The core mandate is to proactively find top-tier vendors, drive cost savings, and manage end-to-end corporate procurement and import logistics.</strong></h2> <h2>What You Will Do</h2> <ul> <li>Lead the sourcing and procurement for all business units. This includes office facilities (e.g., IT equipment, deep cleaning), corporate services (e.g., group insurance, Visa/WP services), and warehouse operations.</li> <li>Act as the company's primary negotiator. The specialist must aggressively negotiate pricing, compare commercial terms, and finalize contracts to maximize cost-efficiency without compromising quality.</li> <li>Coordinate seamlessly with shipping agents and customs to manage the import of overseas goods, ensuring accurate documentation (Invoice, B/L, HS Codes) and timely delivery.</li> <li>Continuously evaluate vendor performance. If a current vendor underperforms or lacks competitiveness, the specialist must proactively source better alternatives immediately.</li> </ul> <h2>Who You Are</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor degree&nbsp;</li> <li>3–5 years in Procurement, Sourcing, or Purchasing, with a track record of handling diverse corporate categories.
