About the role
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization for automotive components, materials, and services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify business needs and collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering, production, quality, etc.) to define requirements.
Manage end-to-end sourcing: supplier search, evaluation, RFQ/RFP processes, negotiations and contract management.
Drive cost savings, secure favorable terms and deliver measurable value through strategic sourcing and spend management.
Build and maintain strong, long-term supplier relationships to ensure quality, delivery reliability and supply continuity.
Lead and develop the procurement team, delegate tasks, and ensure consistent performance.
Monitor supplier performance, manage risks and ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards and regulations.
Analyze spend, market trends and opportunities for improvement.
Support sustainability goals and contribute to supply chain resilience.
Required Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in Procurement in the automotive, manufacturing, or similar industry.
Proven track record in supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost reduction.
Strong understanding of automotive supply chain requirements (quality, JIT, global sourcing).
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead a team and handle multiple priorities under pressure.
Proficient with SAP systems and procurement tools.
