Procurement Manager – Fresh Produce (Egypt)

About the role:
An international company specializing in the production, processing, and distribution of fresh fruits and vegetables is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to support the development of its business operations in Egypt. The role involves managing supplier relationships, optimizing sourcing processes, and ensuring efficient procurement activities across the region.

Key responsibilities:
• Manage sourcing and procurement of fresh fruits and vegetables across Egypt
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and local stakeholders
• Support business development and market expansion in Egypt
• Oversee and optimize procurement processes and supplier performance

Requirements:
• 5–8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing within the food, agri-food, fresh produce, or import/export sectors
• Strong knowledge of the Egyptian fruit and vegetable market
• Proven experience in supplier management, negotiation, and process optimization
• Fluency in English (Polish will be an advantage)
• Willingness to travel extensively within Egypt
