The role supports the Supply Chain Manager in ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective end-to-end supply chain operations across international and domestic markets.</p> <h2><span style="color: rgb(0, 149, 168);"><strong>What You will do (Responsibilities) :</strong></span></h2> <p><br><strong>Procurement &amp; Sourcing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Execute international and local procurement activities in alignment with approved sourcing strategies and company policies.</li> <li>Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with global suppliers to secure optimal pricing, quality standards, and delivery terms.</li> <li>Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier documentation for cross-border transactions.</li> <li>Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to agreed commercial and service terms.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Logistics &amp; Transportation Coordination</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate end-to-end import and export logistics, including freight booking, customs clearance, SABER, documentation, and regulatory compliance.</li> <li>Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transport providers, and customs brokers to ensure timely cargo movement.</li> <li>Plan and oversee domestic transportation schedules to ensure efficient delivery to warehouses or project sites.</li> <li>Proactively manage shipment tracking and resolve delays, damages, or logistical disruptions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Warehousing &amp; Inventory Coordination</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure proper receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.</li> <li>Monitor inventory levels in collaboration with operations and warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.</li> <li>Ensure proper documentation, material handling standards, and compliance with storage and safety regulations.</li> <li>Support periodic stock audits and inventory reconciliation processes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cost Analysis &amp; Financial Control</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct procurement and logistics cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.</li> <li>Monitor landed cost calculations, freight charges, duties, and associated supply chain expenses.</li> <li>Support budget tracking and variance analysis in coordination with the Finance department.</li> <li>Assist in developing cost optimization strategies without compromising quality or delivery timelines.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Reporting &amp; Compliance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain accurate procurement, shipping, and inventory records.</li> <li>Prepare periodic reports on procurement performance, logistics efficiency, and cost analysis for management review.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, company policies, and contractual obligations.</li> </ul> <h2><span style="color: rgb(0, 149, 168);"><strong>Who You are (Qualifications) :</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li> <li>5–7 years of experience in procurement within the construction industry, with a strong focus on international export, shipping, and logistics.</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of Incoterms, HS codes, and customs clearance procedures.</li> <li>Proven experience in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cross-border procurement.</li> <li>Strong understanding of freight forwarding, warehousing operations, and transportation planning.</li> <li>Excellent analytical skills for cost analysis and financial control.</li> <li>Proficiency in procurement systems, ERP platforms, and MS Office tools.</li> <li>Manage product registration and certificate issuance through the SABER portal in compliance with Saudi regulatory requirements.<br></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><hr> <p style="text-align: left;"><em><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Check our guide on<strong><a href="https://www.notion.so/How-to-prepare-for-your-interviews-with-BRKZ-1050a449029c80df85fbec82913780b1?pvs=4" target="_blank"> How to prepare for your interviews with BRKZ 🚚🏗️</a></strong></span></em></p> <p style="text-align: left;"><em><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Pls note : Certain positions eventual grading might be subject to interview performance, this allows great talent to shine regardless of years of experience and keeps a fair process based on how big of an impact you deliver in the organization.</span></em></p></div>
