What You'll Be Doing:

  • Define and continuously evolve DAZN Advertising’s creative vision, worldview, and decision criteria
  • Make final creative Go / No-Go decisions on key advertising projects
  • Clearly articulate what is “on-brand” and “off-brand” for DAZN
  • Establish DAZN’s own creative axis, independent of trends or agency-driven logic
  • Design cross-platform creative concepts rooted in client challenges, spanning:
  • Video production
  • Digital and streaming distribution
  • Offline experiences such as events
  • Reimagine advertising use cases that add value to existing DAZN content
  • Attend client and agency sales meetings as a creative and production authority
  • Instantly assess rights feasibility, production and talent resources, and cost structures
  • Translate advertiser expectations into realistic DAZN production solutions, presenting win-win outcomes at speed
  • Contribute a creative perspective to the development of new advertising products and formats
  • Own governance and quality control across all ad and sponsor content
  • Manage teams, talent, schedules, and budgets
  • Select, contract, and quality-control external production companies and freelancers
  • Understand and manage rights, including music, likeness, and broadcast usage
  • Manage and develop junior producers (approx. 2 persons)
  • Build production workflows and team structures that avoid over-reliance on individuals
  • Provide creative direction and overall leadership to internal teams and external partners
  • Analyze performance through a data-driven lens
  • Propose and execute improvements based on KPIs, Brand Lift, and other effectiveness metrics

  • 広告・スポンサーコンテンツ全体のガバナンス・品質管理
  • 制作チーム/タレント/スケジュール/予算管理
  • 外部制作会社・フリーランスの選定、契約、QC
  • 音源・肖像・放映権等を含む権利理解・管理
  • ジュニアプロデューサー(約2名)の育成・マネジメント
  • 属人化しない制作フロー・チーム構造の構築
  • 社内制作チーム・外部パートナーへのクリエイティブディレクションと統括
  • データドリブンな視点での効果分析
  • KPI/Brand Lift等を踏まえた改善提案・実行

What You'll Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Producer, Director, or Creative in video and/or digital content
  • Extensive experience producing advertising and sponsor-driven content
  • End-to-end ownership from creative strategy through execution
  • Hands-on experience spanning advertising, production, and rights within a broadcaster, agency, or production company
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder relationship-building skills
  • Deep understanding of business logic and revenue models
  • High adaptability and the ability to make decisions in real time
  • A strong passion for sports
