We are here to build the best TCG studio and games in the world.</p> <p>If you have passion, and skill, and if you believe trading card games represent the very best of what games have to offer, please reach out to us.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Role Summary</strong></p> <p>The Lead Producer drives execution on the studio’s highest-priority initiatives while also shaping how work gets done across the organization. Partnering closely with senior leadership, this role not only delivers on critical projects but also helps define processes, operating rhythms, and cross-functional alignment at a studio level.</p> <p>This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who can take loosely defined objectives, build scalable plans, influence stakeholders, and consistently deliver results. The Lead Producer serves as a force multiplier—raising the bar for execution, clarity, and accountability across teams.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own end-to-end delivery of the most critical, complex, and high-impact projects across the TCG studio</li> <li>Translate high-level strategic direction into actionable, scalable plans with clear milestones, ownership, and accountability</li> <li>Drive cross-functional execution across game design, art, product, brand, licensing, and operations—ensuring alignment at all levels</li> <li>Proactively identify systemic risks, gaps, and inefficiencies, and implement solutions that improve team execution over time</li> <li>Stand up and lead new workstreams, experiments, and partnerships from concept through execution</li> <li>Establish and evolve project tracking, reporting frameworks, and communication cadences that scale across multiple teams</li> <li>Influence prioritization, resourcing, and tradeoff decisions in partnership with leadership</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Manage external vendors, partners, and contractors, ensuring quality and delivery standards are met</span></li> <li>Act as a central point of accountability—holding teams to commitments while elevating overall execution standards</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>8+ years of experience in production, program management, or operations within complex, cross-functional environments</li> <li>Proven track record of leading large-scale, ambiguous initiatives from concept to delivery</li> <li>Experience in gaming, entertainment, collectibles, or consumer products strongly preferred</li> <li>Experience managing external partners, vendors, or licensors</li> <li>Strong understanding of the trading card game or collectibles landscape and player/collector behavior</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills &amp; Abilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Exceptional organizational and systems-thinking skills—able to manage and scale multiple concurrent workstreams</li> <li>Strong executive presence and communication—you can influence across senior stakeholders and drive alignment</li> <li>Relentless ownership and follow-through—you raise the bar for execution across teams</li> <li>Ability to operate with ambiguity and bring structure where none exists</li> <li>Strong judgment in prioritization, escalation, and decision-making across competing priorities</li> <li>Ability to identify patterns and improve workflows, not just execute within them</li> <li>Deep understanding of TCG and collectibles markets and what drives engagement</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>Ensure your Fanatics job offer is legitimate and don’t fall victim to fraud.&nbsp; Fanatics never seeks payment from job applicants.
