The organization develops internal platforms and automation tools that improve operational efficiency, support business growth, and streamline complex processes in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;</p> <h3>Project Tech Stack</h3> <p>SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, QlikView, Matplotlib, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Snowplow, Segment, Airflow, DBT</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Design, analyze, and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation frameworks</li> <li>Define product KPIs, metrics frameworks, and support OKR tracking</li> <li>Analyze customer behavior data to generate actionable product insights</li> <li>Build dashboards, reporting solutions, and self-service analytics tools</li> <li>Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to support data-driven decision making</li> <li>Improve tracking quality and reliability of user behavior analytics</li> <li>Support product strategy and roadmap development through exploratory analysis</li> <li>Contribute to analytics best practices, knowledge sharing, and process improvements</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in Product Analytics or a similar analytical role</li> <li>Strong SQL skills for analytics and data exploration</li> <li>Experience working with large-scale user behavior and transactional datasets</li> <li>Strong understanding of statistics, experimentation, and A/B testing methodologies</li> <li>Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools</li> <li>Experience with customer behavior tracking and analytics platforms</li> <li>Ability to communicate analytical insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders</li> <li>Experience driving analytics initiatives end-to-end in cross-functional environments</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and data storytelling skills</li> </ul> <h3>Nice to have</h3> <ul> <li>Experience with Airflow, DBT, or data pipelining tools</li> <li>Knowledge of machine learning, recommendation systems, or ranking algorithms</li> <li>Experience working in rapidly growing product organizations</li> </ul> <div> <div class="job__description body"> <div> <h3>English level</h3> <p>Upper-Intermediate</p> <h3>Legal &amp; Hiring Information&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li>Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more</li> <li>Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions</li> <li>Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
