According to Sensor Tower, the company is among the top 30 highest-grossing game developers in Europe, and its audience has recently surpassed 110 million players.</p> <h2>Role Overview</h2> <p>We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to help drive product decisions through data. In this role, you will research player behavior, analyze game performance, and provide actionable recommendations to improve retention, engagement, and monetization metrics.</p> <p>You will work closely with a game producer, game designers and developers to identify growth opportunities, evaluate new features, and support data-driven decision-making across the product lifecycle.</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Actively participate in the process of developing mobile games</li> <li>Work closely with product team to help validate feature goals, prioritize initiatives, and support product decision-making through data analysis</li> <li>Define in-game data tracking requirements for new features and product initiatives.</li> <li>Conduct a full cycle of A/B testing</li> <li>Research player behavior and provide recommendations to improve engagement and monetization metrics</li> <li>Develop dashboards, reports, and monitoring systems for key product KPIs</li> </ul> <h2>Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</h2> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in product analysis within mobile gaming</li> <li>Excellent understanding of mathematical statistics</li> <li>Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets</li> <li>Proficiency with BI and visualization tools (Redash, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)</li> <li>Experience with Python (Pandas, SciPy)</li> <li>Ability to describe complex things intelligently and simply</li> <li>Initiative and independence</li> <li>Strong business mindset with focus on growth, profitability, and product performance impact</li> <li>Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills</li> <li>Fluent in English and Russian</li> <li>Knowledge of machine learning would be a big plus</li> </ul> <h2>Working at Tripledot</h2> <ul> <li><strong>20 business days paid holiday</strong> in addition to bank holidays to relax and refresh throughout the year</li> <li><strong>Hybrid Working:</strong> We work in the office 3 days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and a third day of your choice.</li> <li><strong>20 business days remote working: </strong>Work from anywhere in the world, or use the time to cover mandatory office days to WFH, 20 days of the year</li> <li><strong>Lunch: </strong>Provided daily in the office to keep you fueled and focused</li> <li><strong>Continuous Professional Development:</strong>&nbsp; Propel your career with continuous opportunities for professional development</li> <li><strong>Private Medical Cover: </strong>Ensure your health is in good hands through private health insurance</li> <li><strong>Sport Compensation:</strong> Stay fit and active with our sport compensation benefit</li> <li><strong>Taxi to compensate </strong>for travel to the office</li> <li><strong>English Classes:</strong> Enhance your English skills with our provided English classes</li> </ul>
