Lead Product Analyst / Sr. Manager - Results Delivery Office, Hyderabad India
Location: – Hyderabad India (minimum of 3 a week in for cross over time with PST leadership)

Role Summary
Milestone is seeking a Sr. Product Analyst to join Milestone India in support of the Results Delivery Office (RDO). This role will serve as a strategic technology partner and delivery leader responsible for translating business priorities into scalable digital products, platforms, and technology-enabled solutions.
The successful candidate will own product vision, roadmap, backlog, delivery outcomes, and stakeholder engagement. This individual will work closely with business leaders, technology teams, data and analytics partners, architects, vendors, and global delivery teams to accelerate business outcomes, improve operational effectiveness, and ensure high-quality product delivery.
This role is ideal for a highly motivated and customer-focused technology leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats across product ownership, delivery leadership, operational support, stakeholder management, AI enablement, and continuous improvement. The individual will lead a small team responsible for both building new digital products and enhancements as well as maintaining and optimizing existing AI, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and workflow automation solutions.
The role requires strong collaboration, executive presence, and a white-glove service mindset to support senior business stakeholders and evolving organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership and Strategy
Lead the product vision, roadmap, and delivery strategy for assigned RDO technology products and capabilities. Partner with business stakeholders to define objectives, value drivers, success metrics, and measurable outcomes. Translate business needs into product features, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized delivery backlogs.
Technology Delivery and Execution
Drive end-to-end delivery of technology solutions using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models. Manage sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, dependency management, and delivery governance. Ensure solutions are delivered with quality, scalability, reliability, security, and compliance in mind.
Stakeholder Partnership
Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners. Facilitate decision-making, manage competing priorities, and communicate product progress, risks, trade-offs, and outcomes to senior leaders. Build strong relationships across RDO, Milestone India, and global Technology and AI & Data teams.
Technical Leadership
Provide technical direction and product leadership across applications, platforms, integrations, workflow automation, analytics, and data-enabled solutions. Partner with architects and engineering teams to ensure solution designs align with Milestone enterprise standards, data governance expectations, cybersecurity requirements, and long-term platform strategy.
Operational Excellence
Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve user experience, reduce manual effort, and increase delivery velocity. Establish and monitor product KPIs, adoption metrics, service performance, and business value realization. Support continuous improvement across delivery practices, product management discipline, and operational support models.
People and Vendor Leadership
Lead matrixed delivery teams, external partners, and vendor resources as needed. Provide coaching, direction, and performance feedback to team members. Ensure external partners deliver against agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and business outcomes.
Basic Qualifications
Doctorate degree and 2 years of Information Systems, product management, technology delivery, or related experience
OR
Master’s degree and 6 years of Information Systems, product management, technology delivery, or related experience
OR
Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of Information Systems, product management, technology delivery, or related experience
OR
Diploma and 10 years of Information Systems, product management, technology delivery, or related experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Sr. Product Analyst, Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, Solution Owner, Technology Delivery Lead, Product Analyst, or Business Technology Partner in a global enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile product delivery, backlog management, release planning, and product lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps and executable delivery plans.
- Experience with enterprise platforms, workflow tools, integrations, reporting, analytics, automation, cloud-based solutions, or data products.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage architects, engineers, data teams, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operations partners.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and senior business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and drive decisions in a matrixed environment.
- Experience in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or a regulated industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with privacy, cybersecurity, data governance, and enterprise compliance expectations is a plus.
- Manage direct reports, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, Experience managing director reports including career development planning, and fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, accountability, and engagement within the team.
