About the role
Accountabilities:
- Promote and sell the assigned products in the assigned territory to achieve the sales & product margin targets as well as customer satisfaction
- Conduct presentation, training, and consultation with customers
- Increase sales to existing customers through up-selling and cross-selling
- Identify, develop and establish new customers to increase market share
- Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, solution and quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Involve technical personnel or Business Partner contacts to resolve customers issues and problems as needed
- Lead, coordinate and provide technical support and consultation for the activities of assigned products to team-members
- Work with manager to prepare monthly sales forecasts
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as required
Qualifications:
- At least Master’s Degree in Biotechnology or related Sciences
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales or Specialist in Life Science
- Be energetic and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work within a team
- Owns vehicle
- Ability to work in both Bangkok and upcountry
