Luminance’s team of Product Associates play a crucial role in the design and development of our leading legal AI product, working with teams across the development lifecycle to ensure success. The role is dynamic and fast-paced, and requires a blend of analytical, collaborative, and communication skills to be effective.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product development initiatives
- Create product specifications, feature lists, and detailed product requirements
- Manage product development timelines to ensure on-time delivery of products
- Coordinate with various teams to keep development projects on track
- Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, including coordinating launch activities and ensuring alignment across teams
- Develop product documentation and training materials to support sales and customer service teams
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Acting as a liaison between product management and other departments to ensure clear communication of product strategies and updates
Desired Skills
- Experience in product management, marketing, or a related field is desirable
- Familiarity with product development lifecycle and agile methodologies is beneficial
- Experience with tools such as Figma
Requirements
- Graduated with a minimum 2:1 from a global top 200 university
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong interest in AI and how it can transform user workflows throughout business settings
