If you want to use the latest technologies while working in a dynamic, friendly and comfortable atmosphere, Betsson Georgia could be the perfect place for you.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Full process management of product news/promotions/campaign creation and launch;</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Measuring the effectiveness of completed campaigns;</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Planning and managing marketing research;</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Ensuring smooth work processes;</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Implementing innovations and continuous focus on development;</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Performing other tasks related to the direct supervisor's activities, as assigned;</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Initiating and executing continuous process optimization;</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Conceptualizing new unique campaigns and ensuring their launch.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Higher education in marketing, business administration, or a related field (MBA preferred);</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Minimum 2 years of work experience in the gambling industry;</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Minimum 2 years of experience in a project coordinator or similar role;</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Comprehensive knowledge of the company's products;</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Knowledge of marketing fundamentals;</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Knowledge of project management fundamentals;</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Theoretical or practical knowledge of customer types and segments;</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Mentoring and knowledge-sharing competency;</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Proficiency in Georgian and English languages.</li> </ul> <p><strong>We offer</strong></p> <p>We offer working in fast growing business with professional management teams and value driven challenging and development oriented organisational culture.
