<p>The Product Coordinator drives cross-functional execution from product development through production and launch. This role serves as a key liaison between overseas manufacturing partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring product timelines, quality standards, and customer experience objectives are met. The position requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple product initiatives simultaneously.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br><strong>Product Development & Launch Execution</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Act as liaison between the U.S.-based team and overseas manufacturing partners</li>
<li>Track critical development and production timelines to ensure on-time product launches</li>
<li>Arrange and manage pilot runs and salesman samples months in advance of launch to allow for quality testing, feedback collection, and account seeding</li>
<li>Maintain detailed records of sample tracking, shipping information, and confirmed arrivals</li>
<li>Ensure all raw materials and components are secured and on schedule to support launch timelines</li>
<li>Coordinate product approvals with vendors, ensuring alignment across design, materials, and production</li>
<li>Assist with color matching, Pantone selection, and overall design approvals to maintain brand consistency</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to execute new product concepts from ideation through launch</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Quality & Continuous Improvement</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Assess product reviews and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities</li>
<li>Generate structured reports based on product performance and customer insights</li>
<li>Contribute to A/B testing initiatives to refine product features, packaging, or positioning</li>
<li>Support ongoing product enhancements based on data, testing, and market response</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Vendor & Production Management</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Serve as primary point of contact for overseas factories and suppliers</li>
<li>Monitor production schedules and proactively identify risks to delivery timelines</li>
<li>Coordinate air and ocean freight logistics in partnership with Operations</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Market Research & Customer Experience</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform product decisions</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally to improve overall customer experience from product concept through post-launch</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1- 2 years of working experience in product coordination or project support</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in <strong>English</strong>.</li>
<li>Previous experience in<strong> administrative support</strong> preferred.</li>
<li>Proficiency in basic computer applications (Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite). As well as developing proficiency in our company’s proprietary applications.</li>
<li>High attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Reliable internet connection and ability to work with a U.S.-based team.</li>
<li>Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn new systems and processes.</li>
<li>Proactive in looking for tasks to do, not simply relying on assigned work.</li>
