We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Product Data Analyst Intern to join the Business Performance Team.
As part of the Business Performance team, you will work with data analysts, data scientists, product managers and user researchers to improve performance and decision-making across several product topics.
Data analysts at Deezer have a key role to elevate data culture and to make sure any strategic decision is based on the right data-driven insights :
They identify problems and implement solutions based on data that will fuel Deezer’s growth
They shape data-informed product and business strategies
They communicate results and influence key business and product leaders
They keep an open and growth mindset in order to continuously develop new methodologies, analytical skills and business acumen
What you will do:
Work cross-functionally with product managers, user researchers, and business stakeholders to understand their vision and challenges
Conduct data-driven and product-oriented analyses to build product and business recommendations that help stakeholders take the right decisions
Analyse and own product A/B tests on key conversion and engagement topics (freemium, onboarding, churn, feature releases) and translate results into clear recommendations for stakeholders
Build your own data pipelines: from the logs to the final dataset using Python and SQL
Design, build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to make product usage data accessible, and easily understandable
Contribute to automating our team’s analytical processes by leveraging AI tools
This role is excellent for (but not limited to) a person with:
Proficiency in SQL (required)
At least one experience in a similar or other relevant position involving solving complex problems
Data Visualization skills (e.g. Tableau or DataStudio)
Ability to present results to non-technical audiences
Fluency in English
Hunger for learning
