Reporting to our Director of Solutions Architecture, you’ll act as the connector between clients and our internal teams—ensuring implementations run smoothly and insights from clients translate into product improvements.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="383" data-local-id="db45b374426d">We are seeking a Product Delivery Manager to lead client onboarding projects and collaborate with developers to continuously enhance the platform’s UX/UI. Reporting to the Director of Solutions Architecture, this role serves as a vital link between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless implementations and ongoing product improvements that elevate the user experience.</p> <h2 id="What-You’ll-Do" data-local-id="0d913ed0faed" data-renderer-start-pos="762"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">What You’ll Do</strong>&nbsp;</h2> <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="781" data-local-id="ec6f4a4db86e"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Lead client onboarding:</strong> Gather requirements, understand client goals, and design tailored solutions using existing features or enhancements.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="925" data-local-id="7ad3fabbb038"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Manage implementation lifecycle:</strong> Oversee end-to-end onboarding with developers and designers, removing bottlenecks and ensuring timely, seamless delivery.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1083" data-local-id="0760a71bdd76"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Serve as client liaison:</strong> Act as the primary contact during onboarding, managing communication, requirements, and escalations, while partnering with Customer Success Managers to strengthen relationships.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1289" data-local-id="668afd13cb71"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Own project scope:</strong> Manage contracts (SOWs, Order Forms) and ensure enterprise configurations integrate successfully with client systems.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1429" data-local-id="660539cfc5d3"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Advance platform usability:</strong> Partner with product teams to identify and implement UX/UI improvements informed by client feedback and usage metrics.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1579" data-local-id="f20bb0f50ccb"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Drive continuous improvement:</strong> Champion enhancements that align the platform with evolving client and business needs.</li> </ul> <h2 id="What-We’re-Looking-For" data-local-id="acd2862b0179" data-renderer-start-pos="1699"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">What We’re Looking For</strong>&nbsp;</h2> <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1726" data-local-id="3bb900d4a5c6"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Implementation Experience</strong>: multiple years of onboarding customized enterprise software solutions or experience in a similar role</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1858" data-local-id="8af043fafd2d"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Project Management Skills</strong>: Proven ability to manage projects, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1988" data-local-id="612847a235ae"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Communication</strong>: Excellent communication and presentation skills</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="2054" data-local-id="e598f45b4dd2"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Wealth Management</strong>: Knowledge of the wealth management industry is required</li> </ul> <h2 id="Bonus-Experience" data-local-id="7ae962714cec" data-renderer-start-pos="2130"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Bonus Experience</strong></h2> <ul class="ak-ul" data-local-id="c1de6d5ae0ce" data-indent-level="1"> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2150" data-local-id="f0ac34c5c49f"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Technical Aptitude</strong>: Familiarity with enterprise software systems and an ability to collaborate effectively with development teams.</p> </li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>At CapIntel, we design compensation with intention. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified.</p> <p data-start="707" data-end="969">Compensation at CapIntel goes beyond base pay.
