Web3 industry experience is preferred.</p> </li> <li> <p class="ds-markdown-paragraph">Strong theoretical knowledge of design, keen observation and summarization of trends, and a high personal standard for design quality.</p> </li> <li> <p class="ds-markdown-paragraph">Solid product and interaction thinking skills, ability to participate in interaction workflow design, good business understanding, and capability to integrate design across online and offline touchpoints.</p> </li> <li> <p class="ds-markdown-paragraph">Enthusiastic, holistic thinker, proactive in communication, able to push ideas forward effectively and collaborate well with colleagues.</p> </li> <li> <p class="ds-markdown-paragraph">Forward-thinking regarding industry trends, with the ability to turn discovered ideas into actionable projects.</p> </li> </ol> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="ds-markdown-paragraph"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ol> <li> <p class="ds-markdown-paragraph">Bachelor’s degree or above in a design-related field. Overseas study experience or prior work in a major internet company is preferred.</p> </li> <li> <p class="ds-markdown-paragraph">Experience in the crypto space is preferred.</p> </li> <li> <p class="ds-markdown-paragraph">3+ years of UI/UX design experience.
