You’ll design solutions that connect advanced manufacturing with construction execution, making complex processes, from the factory floor to the building site, intuitive, human-centered, and impactful.  We’re seeking a designer who is curious, hands-on, and eager to grow. Someone who thrives at the intersection of digital tools, construction methods, and human workflows, and who wants to turn data, insights, and prototypes into solutions tested directly in the field.  In this role, you’ll expand your responsibility and ownership, working closely with expert engineers and a product manager who advocates for the user. You’ll observe operations, gather feedback, and translate insights into design solutions that support both today’s projects and tomorrow’s vision of autonomous construction.  What we value most: a mindset of curiosity and collaboration.
