Someone who is excited not only about designing AI-powered products, but also about using AI to rethink how design teams work, move, and create.</p> <p>You’ll be shaping new processes, and working in an environment where AI is deeply embedded across product, design, and development.</p> <p><strong>Why this role is different</strong></p> <ul> <li>You’ll work in an AI-first environment, where tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Weavy, Cursor, Figma Make, MagicPatterns, and others are part of the daily workflow<br><br></li> <li>You’ll collaborate with engineering teams that actively use vibe coding and advanced AI development environments<br><br></li> <li>You’ll be part of a unique design structure where Product Design, Brand, and Motion are unified under one leadership – enabling you to create not just functional products, but truly polished, high-quality experiences through videos, animations, elite brand design and more.<br><br></li> <li>You’ll design and lead the creation of GenAI-based features and products that impact millions of users<br><br></li> </ul> <p>If you’re looking to lead design in a place where AI is real, not theoretical – this is it.</p> <p><strong>Your role: leading AI-powered, human-centered design</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be part of a team of Product Designers setting a high bar for craft, thinking, and execution<br><br></li> <li>Own and evolve design processes in a fast-moving, AI-driven environment<br><br></li> <li>Drive the design of AI-powered features and end-to-end product experiences<br><br></li> <li>Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data/ML teams to translate complex AI capabilities into simple, intuitive experiences<br><br></li> <li>Integrate AI tools into the team’s daily workflow – from ideation and research to execution and optimization<br><br></li> <li>Shape how design and development collaborate in AI-based environments, including working alongside teams using modern coding paradigms (e.g. vibe coding)<br><br></li> <li>Partner with Brand and Motion teams to elevate the quality, consistency, and emotional impact of the product<br><br></li> <li>Use data and behavioral insights (e.g. Mixpanel, FullStory) to inform decisions and continuously improve UX<br><br></li> <li>Build and evolve a scalable design system that supports both speed and quality<br><br></li> <li>Lead design culture initiatives – critiques, workshops, and explorations that push the team forward<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in Product Design in a high-tech or startup environment<br><br></li> <li>Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and high-quality execution<br><br></li> <li>Hands-on experience designing AI-powered features (chat interfaces, copilots, automation flows, personalization, etc.)<br><br></li> <li>Daily use of AI tools in your workflow (for ideation, design, content, research, or automation)<br><br></li> <li>High proficiency in Figma (bonus: plugins, APIs, internal tools)<br><br></li> <li>Strong UX and systems thinking – ability to simplify complex systems into clear user experiences<br><br></li> <li>Builder mindset – curiosity, speed, and a constant drive to explore new tools and ways of working<br><br></li> </ul> <p>Bonus:</p> <ul> <li>Experience building internal tools, automations, or design workflows<br><br></li> <li>Experience working closely with engineering in modern AI-based development environments<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Why join us</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead design in a company where AI is deeply integrated into both product and process<br><br></li> <li>Shape a growing team and define how design works at scale<br><br></li> <li>Work in a unique structure that combines Product, Brand, and Motion into one cohesive design force<br><br></li> <li>Build products that have real-world impact on accessibility and inclusion<br><br></li> <li>Be part of a team that moves fast, experiments constantly, and pushes boundaries<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Equal opportunity</strong></p> <p>At accessiBe, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
