Senior Product designer

<h3><strong>Purpose of the Role</strong></h3> <p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior Product Designer</strong> to lead end-to-end product design for next-generation <strong>Agentic products</strong>. You will translate complex user problems into intuitive, scalable design solutions, rapidly prototype ideas (including via vibe coding), and collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver high-quality experiences.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Own end-to-end product design from problem to delivery</li> <li>Translate user pain points into design requirements, flows, and UI</li> <li>Design AI/agentic experiences (human–AI interaction, automation workflows)</li> <li>Create rapid prototypes (vibe coding / AI tools) to validate ideas</li> <li>Conduct design validation (testing, iteration, feedback loops)</li> <li>Perform competitor research and inform product direction</li> <li>Collaborate with PMs &amp; Engineers to ensure feasibility and quality</li> <li>Present design with clear rationale, evidence, and structured thinking</li> <li>Maintain high-quality, well-organized Figma files and design systems</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>3+ years in product design (B2B/SaaS preferred)</li> <li>Strong ability to turn user insights into structured design solutions</li> <li>Experience with AI/agentic products</li> <li>Skilled in rapid prototyping (AI tools / code-based prototyping)</li> <li>Strong in design validation and iteration</li> <li>Excellent cross-functional collaboration (PM, Engineering)</li> <li>Highly organized in Figma</li> <li>Proficient in English (speaking, writing, listening)</li> <li>Open-minded, detail-oriented, and ownership-driven</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>#L1-RL</p>
