Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead complex design projects from research to implementation.
• Influence product strategy and decisions based on well-reasoned design thinking.
• Coach junior designers, fostering a creative and inclusive design culture.
• Advocate for users, integrating user feedback, and user research data into design decisions.
• Proactively contribute to and evolve the company's design system.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Product Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your work on complex projects.
• Advanced proficiency in design software and deep knowledge of interaction design principles.
• Proven ability to solve complex design problems.
• Outstanding communication skills, with an ability to drive design conversations at a strategic level.
• Robust experience in conducting comprehensive user research and usability testing.
