Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Design Executive with expertise in payment solutions to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in designing and enhancing our PSP and payment gateway products to meet the needs of our clients and ensure a seamless payment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of PSP and payment gateway products, from concept to launch, ensuring they align with business goals, user needs, and industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and business development, to define product requirements and drive product roadmap execution.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and inform product design decisions, focusing on improving user experience and conversion rates.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize product concepts and features, and iterate based on feedback and usability testing results.
• Develop detailed design specifications and documentation for implementation by engineering teams, ensuring designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in payment solutions, and incorporate them into product design and development processes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the product design team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• years of experience in product design, with a focus on payment solutions, PSPs, and payment gateways.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma, as well as prototyping tools like InVision or Proto.io.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing methodologies, and design thinking processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of payment industry regulations, compliance standards, and security best practices is a plus.
