You're excited to play a key role in designing new products and initiatives in a fast-paced, creative environment.<br></span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br></span><strong>What you’ve done:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">+5 years of experience designing from a consumer product-focused tech company, having full ownership of the entire product life cycle<br></span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Vast experience designing for mobile and web</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Innovative problem solver - your passion is transforming complex problems into simple and intuitive user experiences</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Deep understanding of product, as well as branding, with the ability to take forward the brand vision, marketing needs and make creative ideas come to life</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Understanding of both qualitative and quantitative user data (i.e. A/B testing, surveys, analytics tools, usability testing)</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You’re a highly independent team player. Yes, exactly that. You’re an amazing team player, but don’t need anyone to hold your hand</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You know your craft and tools - up to speed with design trends. Superb knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Photoshop and illustrator and fearless of learning new ones as needed</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Visual communication degree - big plus</li> </ul>
