Product Designer (UX/UI)

We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) who is passionate about building exceptional products and shaping the future of our platform.

In this role, you’ll drive the next evolution, designing intuitive, high-impact experiences that help businesses make smarter decisions. You’ll connect the dots between business strategy, user needs, and technical feasibility - collaborating closely with product managers and developers to turn vision into reality.

You love talking to customers, uncovering insights, and translating them into elegant, functional designs. You obsess over every pixel but also know when to prioritize speed over perfection. You understand the power of AI and are excited to explore how it can enhance the way people discover and evaluate business partners.

What You'll Do

·         Lead end-to-end product design for key features, from early concepts to high-fidelity UI.

·         Turn complex workflows into intuitive experiences, ensuring usability while balancing business needs.

·         Engage directly with customers to understand their pain points and refine solutions based on real-world feedback.

·         Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to bring ideas to life and ensure smooth execution.

·         Define and evolve the Dunsguide design language, ensuring a cohesive and scalable UI.

·         Leverage AI and automation to create smarter, more efficient user interactions.

·         Run usability testing and data-driven experiments, iterating quickly based on findings.

·         Advocate for design excellence across the company, mentoring other designers and shaping best practices.

-      7+ years of experience managing complex UX/UI design projects, including creating wireframes, prototypes, UI designs, and design systems.

·         A passion for product-building, with a deep understanding of how design, business, and technology intersect.

·         The ability to think strategically but execute with precision, balancing big-picture goals with attention to detail.

·         Expertise in UI/UX best practices, usability testing, and user research methodologies.

·         Fluency in Figma, with a strong grasp of interactive prototypes and reusable components.

·         Excellent communication skills—you know how to advocate for design decisions and align teams around a shared vision.

·         Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).
