About the role

<p>Collaborate with a global, cross-functional product creation team, guiding projects from design and development milestones through commercialization to deliver products that exceed expectations.</p>

<p>Review and analyze design packs to ensure readiness for factory deliverables.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Manage the sample process, including submitting clear sample requests, summarizing product teardowns within the team, and documenting and communicating revisions as needed.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Investigate and resolve issues in design tech packages prior to hand-off, addressing potential concerns related to construction, materials, fit and wear, or cost.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Identify and communicate opportunities to product teams for enhancing construction, materials, and components to improve functionality, aesthetics, durability, and fit.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proficiency in Chinese or Cambodian is required.</p>
</li>
