Key Responsibilities
Field of Action mechatronics & hydraulics products for our product range LIBERVIT
Develop and validate new product concepts, including design solutions, calculations, and prototype testing
Scout and evaluate new materials, technologies, and manufacturing methods
Act as the technical SPOC, coordinating development priorities, milestones, and technical alignment
Manage technical documentation, specifications, and certification support
Collaborate closely with purchasing, production, quality, and suppliers
Support pilot production, resolve technical issues, and optimize product and process performance
Track technical actions, risks, and decisions to ensure transparent project execution
Requirements
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Hydraulics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in product development and technical project coordination
Strong technical understanding, analytical thinking, and solution-oriented mindset
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Experience with CAD, technical calculations, and documentation systems
Preferred
Experience with FMEA, certification processes, and supplier coordination
