The role combines project leadership and technical coordination, to drive execution in a complex, software‑driven vehicle environment.</p> <p>Key Requirements:</p> <ul> <li><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Project Leadership &amp; Delivery</span> <ul> <li>Lead end‑to‑end delivery of cross‑functional programs (hardware, software, integration).</li> <li>Drive execution across scope, timing, cost, quality, and features (QDCCFS).</li> <li>Ensure alignment with product/platform strategy and business objectives.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Planning &amp; Execution <ul> <li>Develop and maintain L1–L3 plans, milestones, and dependencies.</li> <li>Break down program scope into streams, epics, and deliverables (e.g., Jira structure).</li> <li>Monitor critical path, deviations, and delivery risks.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Cross‑Functional Coordination <ul> <li>Lead collaboration across engineering domains (EE, SW, integration, testing, purchasing).</li> <li>Act as the central interface between stakeholders (product, system architects, suppliers).</li> <li>Facilitate alignment across global teams and organizations</li> </ul> </li> <li>Scope &amp; Requirements Management <ul> <li>Define, balance, and secure requirements from multiple stakeholders.</li> <li>Manage scope changes, concept decisions, and technical trade‑offs.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Cost, Resources &amp; Budget <ul> <li>Consolidate cost estimations and track budget performance.</li> <li>Secure resource allocation and monitor utilization.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Risk &amp; Quality Management <ul> <li>Maintain risk register and drive mitigation actions.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with quality, functional safety, cybersecurity, and legal requirements.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Governance &amp; Reporting <ul> <li>Prepare and present project status at gates and governance forums.</li> <li>Ensure clear and structured communication (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint).</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p>Key Deliverables:</p> <ul> <li>Project plans and milestone roadmaps</li> <li>Scope documentation and technical descriptions</li> <li>Budget and resource forecasts</li> <li>Risk registers and mitigation plans</li> <li>Gate review material and executive reports</li> </ul> <p>Key Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Automotive development lifecycle (incl.
