<p>Belka Games is a game development company. According to Sensor Tower, the company is among the top 30 highest-grossing game developers in Europe, and its audience has recently surpassed 110 million players.</p>
<h2>Role Overview</h2>
<p>We are looking for a <strong>Product Director</strong> to grow and strengthen our Casual direction, starting with ownership of a live product and evolving toward building and launching new product initiatives. The role combines responsibility for live product performance, long-term stability, and preparation for future Casual growth opportunities.</p>
<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<h3>Phase 1 - Live product ownership (Clockmaker)</h3>
<ul>
<li>Own product performance of Clockmaker, ensuring stability and sustainable improvement of key metrics</li>
<li>Drive improvements in retention, monetization, engagement, and long-term product health</li>
<li>Manage and evolve the LiveOps roadmap to support consistent product performance</li>
<li>Ensure reliable and predictable execution of product updates in a live environment</li>
<li>Use data to identify issues, prioritize improvements, and optimize product performance</li>
</ul>
<h3>Phase 2 - Preparation for new initiatives</h3>
<ul>
<li>Identify and evaluate opportunities for new Casual product initiatives</li>
<li>Contribute to hypothesis generation and early-stage validation</li>
<li>Prepare product insights and foundations for future scaling or new product development</li>
<li>Support transition from single-product focus to broader Casual portfolio thinking</li>
</ul>
<h2>Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</h2>
<ul>
<li>Senior product management experience in the game industry (Product Director, Head of Product, Executive Producer, or similar roles)</li>
<li>Strong experience with live mobile F2P<strong> </strong>Casual<strong> </strong>games, including ownership of LiveOps-driven products</li>
<li>Deep understanding of Casual economy-driven games and their market dynamics</li>
<li>Successful experience building and implementing a product strategy for casual games</li>
<li>Experience owning the full lifecycle of product hypotheses - from ideation and validation to launch and evaluation against benchmark performance metrics</li>
<li>Experience improving and scaling existing live products through data-driven decision making</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with product metrics</li>
<li>Experience building and managing product teams, including developing senior product talent</li>
<li>Ability to balance live product operations with long-term product and portfolio development</li>
<li>Strong business mindset with focus on growth, profitability, and product performance impact</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills</li>
<li>Fluent in English and Russian</li>
