You will work closely with <strong>network, treasury, operations, and commercial teams</strong>, as well as external partners, to solve complex cross-border payment challenges for corporate clients.</p> <p>The ideal candidate combines <strong>strategic thinking, strong execution skills, and deep domain expertise</strong> in business payments.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <p><strong>Product Strategy &amp; Roadmap</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and drive the <strong>global business payments product roadmap</strong>, ensuring alignment with company strategy and customer needs.</li> <li>Identify, design, and prioritize <strong>capabilities for cross-border payment solutions</strong>, including <strong>direct payment rails, RTP schemes (SEPA, FPS, emerging markets), virtual accounts, and SWIFT integration</strong>.</li> <li>Translate complex business and operational requirements into <strong>clear product initiatives and delivery plans</strong>.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Execution &amp; Delivery</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the <strong>end-to-end product lifecycle</strong> from concept, requirements, and design to launch and continuous optimization.</li> <li>Ensure products are <strong>scalable, secure, compliant, and operationally efficient</strong>.</li> <li>Collaborate with <strong>engineering, operations, network, and compliance teams</strong> to deliver high-quality solutions.</li> <li>Use <strong>data-driven insights</strong> to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Capability Building</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and enhance <strong>core business payments capabilities</strong>, including multi-currency accounts, cross-border corridors, and payment scheme integrations.</li> <li>Ensure <strong>payment message formats and processes comply with global cross-border standards</strong>.</li> <li>Identify gaps in capabilities and define paths to <strong>mitigate operational, commercial, or technical risks</strong>.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Stakeholder &amp; Partner Collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with internal teams (network, treasury, operations, commercial) to ensure alignment on <strong>product strategy and delivery</strong>.</li> <li>Engage with <strong>banks, payment schemes, and SWIFT partners</strong> to enable product functionality and resolve operational issues.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Commercial Impact</strong></p> <ul> <li>Enable new business payment capabilities that support revenue growth and product expansion.</li> <li>Work closely with <strong>network, treasury, and commercial teams</strong> to ensure the network supports evolving customer needs.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Professional Experience &amp; Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>10+ years of experience</strong> in product management, preferably in <strong>business payments, cross-border payments, or banking technology</strong>.</li> <li>Strong understanding of <strong>global payments infrastructure</strong>, including <strong>SEPA, FPS, SWIFT, and emerging RTP schemes</strong>.</li> <li>Proven track record of <strong>defining and delivering product roadmaps</strong> and <strong>building cross-border payments capabilities</strong>.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a <strong>methodical and data-driven approach</strong>.</li> <li>Ability to <strong>own complex initiatives independently</strong> while collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders.</li> <li>Exceptional <strong>communication and stakeholder management</strong> skills.</li> <li><strong>Fluent in English</strong>; additional languages are a plus.<br><br></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
