Product Engineer II - Flutter

In this role as a Flutter Engineer, you will play a key role in leading and developing features that will impact our valuable customers.</p> <p class="p2">Leveraging your expertise in creating scalable Flutter applications, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing our applications to deliver unparalleled experiences exclusive to Tamara customers.</p> <p class="p2">With a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will work alongside a diverse ecosystem of talented engineers, designers, analysts, product experts, and other team members to leverage system design, create technical solutions, dive deep into complex problems, and ultimately revolutionize the way millions of users shop, pay, and bank.</p> <p class="p2">You are a driven, determined, curious team player who knows that our collective strength means we win. You will be driven and comfortable with responding quickly and urgently, with the ability to change course without losing momentum and energy, resulting in great success.</p> <p class="p1"><strong>Your responsibilities</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li2"><span class="s1">Design and implement features by writing readable, testable, and maintainable code in Dart.</span></li> <li class="li2"><span class="s1">Write test cases to ensure the accuracy and reliability of implementations.</span></li> <li class="li2"><span class="s1">Participate in Scrum team activities, engaging in various stages of feature development.</span></li> <li class="li2"><span class="s1">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and design features that meet project requirements.</span></li> <li class="li2"><span class="s1">Identify and resolve bugs through thorough code analysis, debugging, and determining root causes, then providing practical solutions.</span></li> <li class="li2"><span class="s1">Contribute to team effectiveness by sharing expertise and experience and adhering to team standards and best practices.</span></li> <li class="li4"><span class="s1">Participate in improving project efficiency, component quality, and automation processes when needed.</span></li> </ul> <p class="p1"><strong>Your expertise</strong></p> <ul> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Minimum 3 years of Flutter experience.</li> <li class="p1">Strong proficiency using Dart, Flutter Widgets,&nbsp; and State Management (preferably BloC).</li> <li class="p1">Solid understanding of Clean Architecture principles.</li> <li class="p1">Comprehensive understanding of SOLID principles and Design Patterns.</li> <li class="p1">Strong grasp of application security, safeguard, and secure data handling.</li> <li class="p1">Experience working with Monorepo structures and package management is a plus.</li> <li class="p1">Experience in optimizing memory usage and enhancing performance is a plus.</li> <li class="p1">Ability to design solutions for medium to complex features that involve different teams.</li> <li class="p1">Professional experience in working in Agile/Scrum projects is a must.</li> <li class="p1">Demonstrated teamwork skills with a dedication to collaborative problem-solving and conflict resolution.</li> <li class="p1">Effective task prioritization and organizational skills, enabling independent work with minimal supervision.</li> </ul> <p class="p5"><strong>Join the revolution</strong></p> <p class="p5">Tamara is a vibrant hub of exceptional individuals worldwide, with over 40+ nationalities committed to working with the broadest talent pool possible.
