Job Summary

In this role, you will

• Lead the development of full-stack solutions, from designing intuitive user interfaces to crafting robust backend systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—AI researchers, climate scientists, and data engineers—to integrate models into practical, user-centric tools.
• Architect scalable, maintainable systems capable of handling high-volume environmental and industrial data.
• Experiment with and implement modern frameworks, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Mentor junior developers, helping cultivate a culture of growth, clarity, and high technical standards.
• Automate and optimize workflows to deliver faster, more reliable solutions for internal teams and external users.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of computer science foundations.
• Strong knowledge of core web technologies like React, Next.js, Tailwind, Typescript. Familiarity with Python and AWS is a plus.
• Passion for both AI/LLMs and user experience and design.
• A commitment to collaborative teamwork, continuous growth, and constructive feedback-seeking.
• Experience working at early-stage startups is a plus.
