<h2><strong>Product Innovation Manager/Sr. Manager: 📦💡</strong></h2> <p>Midi Health is seeking a high-impact Product Innovation Manager/Sr. Manager to lead the end-to-end development of New Product Innovations (NPI). This role is critical in expanding our care delivery model beyond core clinical services into new clinical, physical and digital offerings, including custom pharmacy formulations (Rx), supplements, and partner integrations.</p> <p><strong>This job is “HOT”</strong>: 🔥</p> <p>As the Product Innovation Manager, you will be the engine behind our NPI Strategy Council. You will partner closely with our founders, clinical leadership, and cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, build rigorous business cases, and manage the product lifecycle from initial concept through to market launch.</p> <p><strong>Business impact: 📈</strong></p> <h3>1. NPI Strategy &amp; Lifecycle Management</h3> <ul> <li><strong>NPI Council Leadership:</strong> Manage the operational rhythm of the NPI Strategy Council, ensuring clear agendas, decision-making frameworks, and follow-through on all action items.</li> <li><strong>Gate Process Management:</strong> Lead products through the formal NPI "Gates"—from initial ideation (Gate 1) to full commercial launch (Gate 4)—ensuring all criteria for clinical safety, operational readiness, and financial viability are met.</li> <li><strong>Innovation Roadmap:</strong> Maintain and evolve the innovation roadmap, capturing and prioritizing ideas from founders and stakeholders while balancing them against business goals.</li> <li><strong>Decision Tracking:</strong> Maintain the "NPI Meeting Decision Log," ensuring all strategic pivots and approvals are documented and communicated company-wide.</li> </ul> <p><strong>2. Business Case Development &amp; Strategy</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Financial Modeling:</strong> Develop robust business cases for new offerings, including cost-benefit analysis, pricing strategies, and projected ROI.</li> <li><strong>Market Opportunity Assessment:</strong> Conduct deep-dive market research to identify trends in women’s midlife health, CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), and health-tech.</li> <li><strong>Competitive Benchmarking:</strong> Stay ahead of the curve by benchmarking competitor offerings, pricing, and patient experience models to ensure Midi remains the market leader.</li> </ul> <h3>3. Market Research &amp; Insights</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Customer Voice:</strong> Design and execute market research studies to validate customer needs and test new product concepts.</li> <li><strong>Insight Reporting:</strong> Create comprehensive reports (e.g., Product Launch Strategies) that synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations for the executive team.</li> </ul> <p><strong>4. Execution &amp; Cross-Functional Product Management</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Concept to Launch:</strong> Act as the primary Product Manager for new offerings, coordinating with Clinical Care, Operations, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure a seamless launch.</li> <li><strong>Stakeholder Management:</strong> Work across a diverse set of teams to gather requirements, manage dependencies, and ensure clinical protocols are integrated into new product designs.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What you will need to succeed: 🌱</strong></h3> <h3>Experience</h3> <ul> <li><strong>5-10 Years in Product Management, Product Marketing or Innovation:</strong> Proven track record of launching new products from 0 to 1.</li> <li><strong>CPG or B2C Tech Expertise:</strong> Strong background in either consumer goods or direct-to-consumer technology.</li> <li><strong>Cross-Functional Leadership:</strong> Demonstrated ability to lead without formal authority in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.</li> <li><strong>Strategy Background:</strong> Experience in management consulting or internal corporate strategy is preferred.</li> </ul> <h3>Skills</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Exceptional Analytical Rigor:</strong> Ability to build complex business cases and financial models.</li> <li><strong>Market Research Proficiency:</strong> Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.</li> <li><strong>Communication:</strong> Ability to present complex ideas clearly to founders and clinical experts.</li> <li><strong>Organization:</strong> Expert-level project management and documentation skills.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What we offer: 💼 ✨</strong></h3> <ul> <li>The compensation range for this role is $150,000-200,000 annually.</li> <li>Desirable benefits package, including:</li> <ul> <li>Health, dental and vision</li> <li>Paid holidays</li> <li>Flexible time off</li> </ul> </ul> <h3><strong>The interview process will include: 📚</strong></h3> <ol> <li>Recruiter Screen (30 min)</li> <li>Hiring Manager Screen (45 min)</li> <li>3x Team Interviews (30 min each)</li> <li>Final Onsite Interview (60 min)</li> </ol> <h3><strong>✨ Why Join Us?</strong></h3> <p>We’re on a mission to transform care for women in midlife.
