Product Leader (Agent Platform)

<h3><strong>About the role</strong></h3> <p>At JetBrains, we’re building an AI-native platform for software development that connects developer workflows, team-level collaboration, and organizational control into a single coherent system. This platform will serve as the execution and governance layer for AI-driven development. It will be deeply integrated with developer tools but designed to work across teams, products, and environments. This is a long-term strategic investment for JetBrains and a key pillar of our vision for the future of software development.</p> <p>We are now looking for a Senior Product Leader to own and drive the development of our enterprise agent platform, including seat-based governance, ROI/TCO dials on AI spend, hybrid cloud support, and public APIs. This role requires someone who has operated at large tech scale (e.g. M2/L7+) or as a VP of Product in a high-growth B2B startup, and who can combine long-term platform vision with disciplined, incremental delivery.</p> <p>You will partner across engineering, design, go-to-market, legal, and customer success to define, prioritize, and deliver capabilities that make our platform the operational backbone for hybrid and cloud-native adoption at scale.</p> <h3><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Define and execute the roadmap for the platform’s control and execution planes.<br><br></li> <li>Lead the development of key platform primitives and console UX.<br><br></li> <li>Shape hybrid cloud and enterprise readiness capabilities.<br><br></li> <li>Define and deliver public APIs for enterprise extensibility.<br><br></li> <li>Align cross-functional teams around priorities and measurable outcomes.<br><br></li> <li>Engage directly with strategic customers and design partners at the VP+ level.<br><br></li> <li>Define KPIs and drive disciplined execution.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>We will be happy to have you on our team if you are:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>A senior product leader with C-suite accountability.<br><br></li> <li>Experienced in building platform, governance, or developer tooling products.<br><br></li> <li>Strong in both strategy and execution, with no tendency toward “big bang” thinking.<br><br></li> <li>Comfortable working with enterprise customers and hybrid environments.<br><br></li> <li>An excellent communicator and cross-functional leader.<br><br></li> <li>Data-driven and outcome-oriented.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>We would be especially thrilled if you have:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience with RBAC/ABAC or multi-tenant systems.<br><br></li> <li>A background in hybrid/cloud SaaS.<br><br></li> <li>Experience running design partner programs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why join JetBrains?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong base salary.
