Product Line Sales Manager

UNEX Manufacturing, a family-owned manufacturing company with a long record of success, currently has an opening for a Product Line Sales Manager.   

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Product Line Sales Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets within an assigned territory through planning, relationship development, and effective use of CRM tools. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, customer-focused, and demonstrates strong leadership potential, with the opportunity to advance into a management role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and analyze data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns aligned with sales objectives.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients and key stakeholders.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics using CRM and other analytical tools.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 3-5 years sales experience 
• Experience in the material handling industry preferred.
• Prior experience in shelving and racking solutions strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, CAD software, and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage and educate large groups.
• Willingness to travel approximately 35–50%.
