<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Our client, a global leader in workplace technology and digital transformation, is seeking a commercially-minded Product Management Executive to lead their CCTV and SaaS portfolio.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">This position focuses on the commercial success of the product portfolio. You will act as the Product Business Owner for the solutions in Thailand; bridging the gap between global vendors, internal sales teams, and the local market. You will be responsible for defining the product mix, setting pricing strategies, and empowering the sales force to win in a competitive B2B landscape.</span></p>

Decide which hardware and software versions to launch in the Thai market based on local demand.</span></p>

<p data-path-to-node="10,1,0"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong data-path-to-node="10,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Go-to-Market (GTM):</strong> Develop and execute product launch plans, including localised positioning, value propositions, and marketing campaigns.</span></p>

<p data-path-to-node="10,2,0"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong data-path-to-node="10,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Sales enablement:</strong> Act as the subject matter expert. Create sales toolkits, conduct product training for sales teams/partners, and assist in high-value deal negotiations.</span></p>

Set competitive pricing structures and discount frameworks to maximise market share while maintaining healthy margins.</span></p>

<p data-path-to-node="10,4,0"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong data-path-to-node="10,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Market intelligence:</strong> Monitor the competitive landscape in Thailand (competitors, pricing trends, and emerging technologies) to proactively adjust product strategies.</span></p>

<p data-path-to-node="10,5,0"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong data-path-to-node="10,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">Vendor management:</strong> Maintain strong relationships with technology partners and vendors to ensure the best support, pricing, and early access to new tech.</span></p>

<p data-path-to-node="13,0,0"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">
<p data-path-to-node="13,1,0"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3–5+ years in Product Management or Product Marketing, specifically within <strong data-path-to-node="13,1,0" data-index-in-node="87">CCTV, SaaS, ICT, or Security Solutions.</strong></span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">
<p data-path-to-node="13,2,0"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven track record in a distributor or system integrator, or a regional office of a hardware/software vendor.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">
<p data-path-to-node="13,3,0"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, channel management, and Solution Selling (hardware + software + services).</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">
<p data-path-to-node="13,4,0"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Good communication and presentation skills in English.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">
<p data-path-to-node="13,4,0"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to analyze market data and sales performance to drive product strategic decisions.</span></p>
