This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of ACRA product portfolio. The Lead / Principal Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation, ensure market fit, and deliver exceptional value to our customers.</p> <h3>What you will be doing</h3> <ul> <li>Strategic Vision and Leadership: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with the agency’s overall goals. Lead the product team to achieve this vision.</li> <li>Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.</li> <li>Market and Customer Research: Conduct thorough market analysis and customer research to identify needs, trends, and opportunities. Utilize insights to inform product development and positioning.</li> <li>Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on business impact, customer feedback, and market demand.</li> <li>Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the product development process.</li> <li>Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) or OKRs to measure product success and inform decision-making. Use data-driven insights to make informed adjustments to the product strategy.</li> <li>Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization. Ensure that customer needs and feedback are integrated into product planning and development.</li> <li>Innovation and Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive product evolution.</li> <li>Lead in development of digital roadmap and introduction of appropriate digital solutions to partner with cross functional business teams, WOG and industry partners to achieve greater business outcomes</li> <li>Lead in organisation wide Digital, Design and Data capabilities development, digital innovation and continuous improvement to build a high performing team</li> <li>Support the annual submission of the Digital Government Blueprint (DGB) KPIs to Smart Nation Office, and support MOF in the preparation of Ministry Family Digitalisation Plan</li> </ul> <h3>What we are looking for</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
