Senior Product Manager – AI

<p>We are seeking a Senior Product Manager – AI to help define and scale artificial intelligence&nbsp; capabilities across the MIE and Enterprise Health product portfolio.&nbsp;</p> <p>This role will lead the discovery, strategy, and delivery of AI-native capabilities that enhance&nbsp; workflows, automation, and decision support across multiple product domains, including&nbsp; occupational health operations, employer coordination, clinical workflows, and reporting.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Senior Product Manager – AI will partner closely with domain product leads, engineering&nbsp; teams, and customer stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities where AI can&nbsp; meaningfully improve user experience, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes <strong>across&nbsp; multiple product domains.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Rather than owning a narrow set of AI features, this role acts as a cross-product capability&nbsp; leader, ensuring AI is embedded thoughtfully, responsibly, and effectively across our platform.&nbsp;</p> <p>The ideal candidate combines strong product strategy, experience shipping AI-enabled&nbsp; software, and the ability to translate emerging AI technologies into practical enterprise&nbsp; workflows.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Company Overview&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>We provide solutions that make a meaningful difference in healthcare. MIE’s web based health information technology platform is helping physicians, nurses, and administrators&nbsp; make a meaningful difference in healthcare delivery across the globe.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>AI Product Strategy &amp; Discovery&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>○ Identify high-impact AI use cases tied to customer pain points and strategic&nbsp; priorities&nbsp;</p> <p>○ Lead structured discovery with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams</p> <p>○ Translate ambiguous problems into validated product opportunities&nbsp;</p> <p>○ Define product vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for AI initiatives</p> <p>○ Partner with domain product teams to identify opportunities where AI can&nbsp; meaningfully improve workflows, automation, and decision support.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>AI Capability Development&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>○ Define reusable AI capabilities that can be leveraged across multiple product&nbsp; domains</p> <p>○ Partner with engineering to design scalable AI architecture including orchestration layers, model integrations, and AI-enabled workflows&nbsp;</p> <p>○ Support development of LLM-driven copilots, automation agents, and intelligent&nbsp; workflow assistance&nbsp;</p> <p>○ Balance rapid experimentation with production readiness using AI-assisted&nbsp; development techniques&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Commercialization &amp; Adoption&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>○ Define packaging, positioning, and monetization strategies for AI-powered&nbsp; capabilities&nbsp;</p> <p>○ Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and GTM on&nbsp; AI strategy and execution&nbsp;</p> <p>○ Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive adoption and&nbsp; commercial success&nbsp;</p> <p>○ Establish KPIs tied to usage, performance, and business impact&nbsp;</p> <p>○ Measure and iterate based on real-world performance&nbsp;</p> <p>○ Collaborate with domain product leads to ensure AI capabilities are effectively&nbsp; embedded into customer workflows</p> <p><strong>AI Platform &amp; Governance&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>○ Help define the long-term AI capability roadmap for the MIE / Enterprise Health&nbsp; platform&nbsp;</p> <p>○ Establish standards for responsible AI use including security, privacy,&nbsp; explainability, and compliance&nbsp;</p> <p>○ Partner with engineering leadership on AI architecture and model governance ○ Ensure AI features operate safely within healthcare and regulated environments ○ Support evaluation of emerging AI technologies and vendors&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Education: </strong>Bachelor’s in a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience in&nbsp; SaaS product leadership and AI-driven solutions.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Experience: </strong>5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise&nbsp; software. Demonstrated experience shipping AI / ML-powered features or AI-enabled&nbsp; workflows into production environments.
