About the role

<h3><span style="color: black;">ROLE PURPOSE</span></h3>
<p>Own and drive a defined part (e.g., RFID) of the Asset Tracking product domain, focusing on customer value, delivery execution, and continuous improvement. You work hands-on across discovery, delivery, and adoption while contributing to the overall Asset Tracking platform strategy.</p>
<p>This position requires 2-3 days of in-office presence per week in Munich.</p>
<h3><span style="color: black;">WHAT YOU WILL OWN</span></h3>
<ul>
<li>Product ownership for specific Asset Tracking workflows and use cases (RFID-related use cases)</li>
<li>Customer discovery with enterprise customers (shadowing and leading interviews)</li>
<li>Translate customer and operational requirements into clear problem statements and backlog priorities</li>
<li>Close collaboration with Engineering and TPMs on delivery, rollout, and quality</li>
<li>Support GTM enablement with product insights, demos and value narratives</li>
<li>Track adoption, usage and outcome KPIs for your product area</li>
</ul>
<h3><span style="color: black;">YOUR PROFILE</span></h3>
<ul>
<li>2–5 years Product Management experience (B2B SaaS preferred) or similar</li>
<li>Strong interest in IoT, physical operations and data-driven products</li>
<li>Structured thinking and ability to break down complex problems</li>
<li>Hands-on, pragmatic mindset with willingness to learn</li>
<li>Strong communication skills across Product, Engineering and Ops</li>
<li>Fluent English and German language skills</li>
