The Product Manager’s role is to work with internal and external stakeholders to guide the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our advanced flight simulation solutions. This individual will be instrumental in defining and executing product initiatives across our high-fidelity visual systems, ensuring our offerings meet rigorous military standards and evolving customer needs.</p> <p>The primary workplace for this position is Aechelon Technology’s South San Francisco Headquarters.</p> <p>United States citizenship is required due to restrictions on access to certain data.</p> <hr> <p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the full product lifecycle of Aechelon’s simulation or synthetic data solutions, from concept to delivery.</li> <li>Serve as the primary product point of contact for external stakeholders, system integrators, and internal teams.</li> <li>Gather, analyze, and synthesize customer requirements to shape future capabilities.</li> <li>Work closely with Engineering, Program Management, Systems Engineering, QA, and content teams to translate complex technical requirements into actionable work plans.</li> <li>Guide development of work plans by prioritizing backlogs to deliver features on schedule.</li> </ul> <hr> <p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>6+ years of product management experience.</li> <li>Proven success working with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver complex technical products.</li> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li> </ul> <hr> <p><strong>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience across cloud and on-prem software as well as hardware products (ideally that utilized sensor technology</li> <li>Experience with image generation systems, real-time graphics, or synthetic environments.</li> <li>Familiarity with military training and simulation requirements (e.g., FAA Level D, Navy TCTS II, Army Synthetic Training Environment).</li> <li>Experience with creating synthetic data environments for use in training AI/ML models for autonomous vehicle testing.</li> </ul> <hr> <p><strong>SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>None</li> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIRED EDUCATION, ELIGIBILITY AND EXPERIENCE:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a related field</li> </ul> <hr> <p>Salary Range: $140,000 - $190,000 USD per year.&nbsp;</p> <p>The above range is specific to CALIFORNIA and may not be applicable to other locations. The pay scale for this role is between $140,000 - $190,000.
