Your Mission
Drive Product Delivery
Own the execution of product initiatives from discovery and specification through launch and adoption.
Collaborate closely with Engineering to break down complex business problems into deliverable solutions.
Define specifications, acceptance criteria and process flows that enable efficient implementation.
Ensure delivered functionality meets business requirements and user expectations before release.
Improve Insurance Operations
Analyse and optimize operational workflows across quoting, policy management, renewals, collections and servicing.
Partner with Operations teams to identify inefficiencies and remove manual work through automation.
Translate complex insurance processes into scalable digital experiences and system workflows.
Build and Automate
Create and maintain internal tools and workflows using modern low-code, no-code and AI-powered development platforms.
Configure insurance products and workflows in our policy administration platform, including product attributes, permissions, underwriting rules, and document templates.
Prototype solutions quickly to validate ideas and improve operational efficiency.
Support the rollout of AI-assisted workflows and automation initiatives across the organization.
Drive Continuous Improvement
Use data, user feedback and operational insights to identify opportunities for optimization.
Monitor the impact of released features and process improvements.
Contribute ideas that improve customer experience, broker experience and internal efficiency.
Your Profile
Minimum experience for the role
2+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, Process Automation, Business Systems, or similar roles in FinTech, InsurTech, Financial Services, SaaS or other operationally complex environments.
Track record of delivering products, features or process improvements.
Demonstrated ability to simplify complex operational processes and translate them into scalable workflows, systems, or product solutions.
Experience with internal tooling, workflow automation, or rapid prototyping of business solutions.
Practical, hands-on experience with SQL, APIs, and system integrations. You have enough technical capability to independently query databases, debug payloads, and specify integrations without needing engineering support for every step.
Practical experience using modern LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) in a professional or product context, with an understanding of how they can be applied to workflows, automation or product development.
Mindset and skills required for the role
Strong execution mindset
Comfortable working directly with engineers in an agile environment.
Comfortable working within structured business rules, JSON schemas, or admin/configuration platforms. You understand that defining the logic *is* the product.
Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-informed decisions.
