This is a high-impact role requiring deep technical expertise in AI/ML products, contract domain knowledge, and the ability to influence across the organization. You'll own multi-quarter product strategy, define breakthrough capabilities like Zero-Touch Setup, architect agent orchestration frameworks, and mentor other product managers while working directly with our most strategic enterprise customers.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About&nbsp;Discovery Agent</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>Discovery Agent&nbsp;is Conga's AI-powered solution that transforms how enterprises extract, analyse, and manage contract data. Part of a three-agent architecture (Discovery Agent, Search Agent, and Redline Agent),&nbsp;Discovery Agent&nbsp;serves Fortune 500 customers, reducing contract implementation time through intelligent automation and agentic AI capabilities.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Why It's a Big Deal</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>A Staff PM will play a critical role in shaping Discovery Agent ahead of competitors. It will directly impact Conga's strategic initiatives&nbsp;and set industry standards for AI-powered contract management.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Are You the Person We're Looking For?</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Related Experience:</strong> You must have more than 8 years of experience in Product management with 5+ years in enterprise AI/ML products or intelligent automation platforms.</p> <p><strong>0 to 1 product Initiatives.</strong> You are good in leading <strong>0-to-1 product initiatives</strong>&nbsp;in AI/ML, particularly in document intelligence, contract analytics, or enterprise automation</p> <p><strong>AI/ML &amp; Agentic Systems Expertise. </strong>You have a good<strong> </strong>understanding of&nbsp;Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and agent architectures. You also have knowledge of multi-agent orchestration, including tool calling, conditional logic, and agent collaboration patterns&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>AI Implementation challenges.</strong>&nbsp; You know how to deal with the <strong>AI implementation challenges</strong>&nbsp;at enterprise scale - latency, accuracy, cost optimization, and hallucination mitigation. You are familiar with&nbsp;<strong>RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)</strong>&nbsp;systems and vector databases. You understand<strong> </strong>the model fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, and AI performance metrics</p> <p><strong>Design Patterns and MCP</strong>. You have good knowledge of <strong>agentic design patterns</strong>: autonomous decision-making, tool use, self-configuration, and adaptive behaviours. You have good understanding of<strong> Model Context Protocol (MCP)</strong>&nbsp;or similar agent communication frameworks</p> <p><strong>Mentor and Strategy.</strong> You have good experience of <strong>mentoring and developing product managers</strong>, setting product standards across teams and a proven track record of&nbsp;<strong>defining and executing multi-quarter product strategies</strong>&nbsp;that drove significant revenue or market differentiation.</p> <p><strong>Customer &amp; Stakeholder Excellence. </strong>You are exceptional&nbsp;<strong>executive presence</strong>&nbsp;with Fortune 500 customers and internal C-suite stakeholders. You show a proven ability to&nbsp;<strong>run discovery sessions</strong>&nbsp;that uncover deep customer problems and quantify business impact</p> <p><strong>Enterprise Product Expertise. </strong>You are a subject matter expert on&nbsp;<strong>enterprise AI product implementation and deployment</strong>&nbsp;and expertise with&nbsp;<strong>customer implementation strategies</strong>&nbsp;that reduce time-to-value from months to weeks.</p> <p><strong>Configuration vs. customization</strong>. You also have a deep understanding of&nbsp;<strong>configuration vs. customization</strong>&nbsp;trade-offs in enterprise software. You have proven ability to&nbsp;<strong>design self-service and low-touch setup experiences</strong>&nbsp;for complex AI systems&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Here's What Will Give You an Edge</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>AI/ML &amp; Agentic Systems Expertise. </strong>You have good<strong> f</strong>amiliarity with&nbsp;<strong>RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)</strong>&nbsp;systems and vector databases. You are good in understanding <strong>model fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, and AI performance metrics</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Product Craft &amp; Execution. </strong>You have mastery of&nbsp;<strong>product discovery techniques</strong>: jobs-to-be-done, outcome-driven innovation, continuous discovery habits. You are expert at&nbsp;<strong>writing detailed PRDs</strong>&nbsp;with clear success criteria, technical architecture, and launch strategies&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Product Sense.</strong>&nbsp; You have strong&nbsp;<strong>product sense for AI UX/UI, </strong>conversational interfaces, trust indicators, explainability, and error handling. You are able to&nbsp;<strong>make hard trade-off decisions</strong>&nbsp;between accuracy, latency, cost, and user experience. You are also skilled at&nbsp;<strong>defining product roadmaps</strong>&nbsp;that balance innovation, technical debt, and customer commitments&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Product Training.</strong> You have experience&nbsp;<strong>creating and delivering product training</strong>&nbsp;for sales teams, partners, and customer-facing teams.</p> <p><strong>Good to have.</strong> It is good if you have knowledge of&nbsp;<strong>contract lifecycle management (CLM)</strong>&nbsp;workflows and pain points, deep understanding of&nbsp;<strong>contract data extraction challenges</strong>: clause identification, obligation tracking, metadata extraction, and relationship mapping and familiarity with&nbsp;<strong>legal and compliance requirements</strong>&nbsp;for Enterprise CLM</p> <p><strong>Architecture.</strong>&nbsp;It is good if you have strong knowledge of&nbsp;<strong>enterprise integration patterns</strong>, APIs, and data pipeline architectures.
