About the role
What You'll Be Doing:
Own Delivery of User-Facing Features
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for defined social and engagement features, from discovery through to delivery and optimisation
- Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
- Shape engaging social experiences across web, mobile, and TV platforms
- Partner with Design and UX to translate user needs into intuitive, high-quality experiences
- Work with Engineering to deliver scalable, reliable, and well-structured implementations
- Drive product iteration through A/B testing, experimentation, and performance analysis
- Balance user experience, technical constraints, and business priorities to deliver impact
Build Scalable Product Thinking
- Design features with reuse and scalability in mind across DAZN’s platform ecosystem
- Contribute to API definitions, product logic, and data requirements that support feature delivery
- Ensure product decisions consider cross-platform consistency and long-term maintainability
- Understand and influence how backend systems and data structures enable user-facing functionality
- Apply structured thinking to ensure features work effectively across multiple surfaces and contexts
Collaborate Across Teams
- Work closely with Product, UX, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams to deliver features at scale
- Drive alignment across stakeholders on scope, prioritisation, and delivery approach
- Participate actively in agile delivery processes, ensuring momentum and clarity across sprints
- Communicate product progress, decisions, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders
- Contribute to a strong culture of product excellence and execution discipline
What You'll Bring:
- 1–2 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or similar roles
- Exposure to working with software development teams in an agile environment
- Strong interest in how digital products are built and improved over time
- Ability to translate ideas and user needs into structured requirements with support
- Curiosity about APIs, backend systems, and how products work under the hood
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- Analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven decision making
- Passion for sport and curiosity about fan behaviour and engagement
- Experience in media, entertainment, gaming, or consumer apps is a plus
