<p><strong>Brief Overview</strong></p>
<p>The Attorney-General's Chambers (AGC) is Singapore's principal government legal service, responsible for legislation drafting, legal advisory, prosecution, and international law. AGC is undergoing digital transformation which includes the modernisation of its legislative drafting systems, the adoption of AI-powered knowledge management tools, and the development of a centralised data infrastructure to support evidence-based legal work products.</p>

<li>Consolidate siloed datasets across teams and systems into a centralised data warehouse</li>
<li>Establish tagging, classification, and metadata frameworks for legal knowledge repositories</li>
<li>Prepare and structure data to support AI-powered tools including LLM based application across AGC product suite</li>
<li>Build the analytical foundations for evidence-based legal operations and decision-making</li>
</ul>
<p>The successful candidate will guide the entire design process from discovery to implementation, working with legal professionals and technical teams to address current search fragmentation and pain points. This position also involves establishing design frameworks for AGC's broader digital transformation initiatives.</p>

<li>Leverage market research, competitor reviews, and technology trends to inform strategic direction</li>
<li>Proactively identify opportunities and connect product analyses to broader organisational impact</li>

<li>Take full ownership of ambiguously-scoped initiatives, ensuring successful and well-defined outcomes</li>
<li>Anticipate potential challenges and build mitigation strategies into the product planning process</li>

<li>Partner with engineers and designers to scope, prioritise, and plan iterative delivery cycles</li>

<li>Recognise and communicate short-term trade-offs while safeguarding long-term product integrity</li>

<li>Participate in recruitment activities and contribute to building a high-performing product team</li>

<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>

<li>8–12 years of product management experience, including leading complex systems or multi-product portfolios</li>
<li>Strong discovery skills and a track record of delivering user-centred, scalable solutions</li>
<li>Able to operate in high-ambiguity environments and establish structure where none exists</li>
<li>Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills</li>
<li>Familiarity with system integration, data interoperability, and document management</li>
<li>Able to define long-term product architecture and shared capabilities across systems — not just ship isolated features<br><br></li>
