They lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, designers and researchers and are ultimately responsible for product outcomes.They show exceptional clarity of thought and this is reflected in their written and verbal communication skills. <li><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335551550":1,"335551620":1,"335557856":16777215,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}">Lead discovery and problem framing sessions with policy owners, operations teams, inspectors, enforcement units, and external stakeholders (e.g., employers, employment agencies, workers) to understand ground challenges and surface opportunities for policy redesign and solution hypotheses that map to organisational outcomes</span></li>
<li><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335551550":1,"335551620":1,"335557856":16777215,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}">Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle across multiple MOM platforms</span></li>
<li><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335551550":1,"335551620":1,"335557856":16777215,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}">Work with engineering, cybersecurity, architecture, and data teams to design solutions that are scalable, secure, and compliant with government standards.</span></li>
<li><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335551550":1,"335551620":1,"335557856":16777215,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}">Lead and mentor a team of product managers working on multiple products.</span></li>

<p><strong><span data-contrast="none">[What we are looking for]</span></strong> </p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Extensive experience (~10+ years) in product management role with some experience<br>managing/mentoring/coaching product managers</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">PM experience with complex enterprise systems/B2B applications will be an advantage</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Stakeholder influence and communication: able to align senior leadership, guide change management, and communicate product vision and trade‑offs clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"201341983":0,"335557856":16777215,"335559738":240,"335559739":240,"335559740":360}"> </span></li>
