At a high level, this means establishing a clear vision for digital products that support MFA's diplomatic and operational needs. On a day-to-day basis, this means coordinating across the many facets of a product to keep things moving. And at the core, this means building a deep understanding of user needs, technical constraints, and design goals — acting as a bridge between MFA's officers, engineers, and the people we serve.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What you will be working on</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Interview stakeholders and users to understand problem space and define problem statement.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Craft proposals to justify resource allocations and secure funding.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Create product roadmap and work with team to ensure timely achievement of goals.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Work with designers, software engineers to develop, test and release product.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Measure outcomes and continuously iterate product to drive outcomes.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Engage with and support users to drive product adoption.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage the product roadmap throughout stages of a product’s life cycle.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You should have a diploma or degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or related disciplines, with at least 5 years of experience in product management and a proven track record of managing successful products.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You possess strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and mentor product teams. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are essential, particularly with application in discovery sessions and prototyping. You have strong analytical, conceptualisation, and facilitation skills.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with good stakeholder engagement abilities and the capacity to influence and pitch ideas effectively. You should be comfortable navigating complex organisational structures and working with diverse stakeholders including tripartite partners.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools is expected. You should have working knowledge of AI tools and concepts, and familiarity with modern technology trends and their application in government services.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a driven and motivated personality.
