Join us to advance our mission and shape your future with us today!</p> <h3>Job Summary</h3> <p>As a Product Manager at GovTech, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing digital products that enhance government services and improve citizens' lives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, create user-centric solutions, and deliver high-impact technology products for the public sector.</p> <h3>Job Responsibilities</h3> <p>1. Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond<br>2. Conduct market research and gather user insights to inform product strategy and roadmap<br>3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and key performance indicators<br>4. Prioritize features and create detailed product requirements documents<br>5. Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery<br>6. Analyze product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement<br>7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment<br>8. Facilitate communication between various teams and government agencies<br>9. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends<br>10. Present product updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders</p> <h3>Job Qualifications</h3> <p>1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field<br>2. 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology sector<br>3. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes<br>4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills<br>5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities<br>6. Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to influence cross-functional teams<br>7. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques<br>8. Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices<br>9. Experience with government digital transformation projects is a plus<br>10.
