Senior Product Manager, Salesforce Platform

As a Senior Product Manager focused on the Salesforce platform, you will lead the roadmap for the systems that power our lending lifecycle across servicing, collections and Salesforce-driven operational workflows
Your work will ensure Salesforce and related systems operate as a cohesive platform that supports scalable growth, operational efficiency, and a seamless experience for both clients and internal teams.
This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and partners closely with engineering and operations leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Salesforce platform roadmap supporting servicing, collections and underwriting workflows
- Partner with engineering leadership to improve Salesforce data models, objects, and system integrations
- Translate operational and underwriting needs into clear product requirements and development priorities
- Design workflow improvements and automation that reduce operational friction and improve processing speed
- Lead product discovery, backlog prioritization, and delivery coordination across engineering and business teams
- Support product launches through documentation, training, and internal enablement
- Expand utilization of Salesforce through improved reporting, integrations, and platform capabilities
- Establish QA and UAT processes to improve release quality and reduce defects

- Product partners well with technology to deliver strong data infrastructure and design for easy use in workflows, reporting, and data analytics
- Engineering teams receive clear, structured requirements that allow predictable development delivery
- Internal stakeholders rely on the platform to manage workflows, reporting, and operational decision-making
- New capabilities are adopted quickly because they align with how teams work
- Measured through roadmap delivery predictability, product development cycle time, workflow adoption and reduction in manual processes
You’re a Strong Fit If You
- Approach product management as a systems problem, not just a feature backlog
- Enjoy breaking complex operational workflows into structured product solutions
- Work comfortably with engineers, analysts, and operational stakeholders
- Prefer validating ideas through prototypes, diagrams, and workflow exploration
- Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical teams and business leadership
What You’ve Done Before
- 5+ years of product management experience delivering software products
- Experience in fintech, lending, payments, or complex operational environments
- Required experience owning products built on Salesforce or similiar CRM platforms
- Experience improving workflows, automation, or operational decision systems
- Exposure to underwriting, servicing, or credit workflows preferred
Tools and Expertise You’ll Bring
- Salesforce platform knowledge
- Product lifecycle management and Agile delivery
- Analytics tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Sigma, Looker, or Databricks
- SDLC tools including Azure DevOps, Jira, Linear, or Shortcut
- Vendor evaluation and integration experience
